Hey Everyone!

I have really great news today! BSTD Blog got the opportunity to feature Brianna Mc Carthy (my newest favourite artist)! Brianna is a 26 yr old, self taught artist out of Trinidad and Tobago.

This beauty discovered her artistic ability at a very young age. She joked that, “I come from a resourceful family; a low income background has a tendency to provoke that! come from a resourceful family; a low income background has a tendency to provoke that!”

 

Her inspirations come from the beauty of her homeland, especially the women, who she finds fascinating, “come from a long like of beautiful, dramatic and creative ladies; what they've left behind is enough to inspire me.”

 

Brianna hopes to show at this year’s Erotic Art Week from the 21^st to the 31^st of July. 2010 will be the second year of the Caribbean's first Erotic Art Week which will run under the theme "Wider". Expanding on last year's theme "Open", the EAW committee is aiming to make the event bigger and better.
